Our scope of services include direct hire, temporary to hire and temporary employment.
DPA Services recruits, screens, interviews, and conducts background investigations. The most qualified candidates are submitted to our client for consideration. The client determines the candidate of choice. If a DPA Services candidate is selected, the client hires the candidate and places them on their payroll. DPA Services does not bill for a full thirty days. If the candidate is not compatible to the position the client is not obligated to pay the fee.
In a temporary to hire capacity, the employee is assigned to the client for a specified period of time. The trial period ranges from 60 to 90 working days or longer depending on the position and the client. If determined that the employee is compatible to the position and the trial period has been met, the client may hire the employee with no additional fees.
In a temporary capacity, the DPA Services employee is placed on "assignment" for a specified period of time.

We base our recruiting efforts on industry specific guidelines in an attempt to reduce the amount of time spent by our clients in training. We also screen and interview candidates using these same guidelines in order to provide consistency throughout the placement process.
Our rates are competitive and based on specific skills and requirements of the position, the location of the position and other factors. As the employer, DPA Services is responsible for all payroll taxes, workers compensation, unemployment and other legally required payments. Direct hire placements are on a contingency basis.
